How do you place an order?
Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart, simply click the "check out" button on the shopping bag page and we will guide you through the checkout process.

How does shipping work?
We cooperate with global merchants and artisans to provide you with the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global regions such as Germany, USA, Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc.
As we ship directly from our partners in these countries, it may take 6-20 days for your item to arrive. Please don't panic if it doesn't show up right away, it's on its way :)

Can I cancel an order?
Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of booking. Email us within 24 hours and tell us the reason why you want to cancel your order. All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours.
